bt877 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Platform Use

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the bt877 platform, including its website, games, sports betting services and any related features. By registering an account or using any part of the bt877 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account with bt877. Duplicate accounts – whether registered under the same name, address, phone number, email, payment method or device – are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bt877 may close all but one account and may void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number for verification purposes.
• A valid email address that you regularly access.
• Your date of birth.

All information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account registration is free of charge. bt877 does not charge players for maintaining an account. Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be subject to inactivity review in accordance with bt877's standard procedures, and any applicable dormancy terms will be communicated in advance.

4 Deposits

All deposits on bt877 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast (State Bank of Pakistan's instant interbank transfer)
• Direct bank transfer (major Pakistani commercial banks)
• Debit and credit cards
• Mobile wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. bt877 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges – those are outside bt877's control.

Deposits are credited to your bt877 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, you should contact bt877 support with your transaction reference before attempting a second deposit.

bt877 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited, particularly for larger transactions. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not a reflection on individual players. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal requests being held pending review.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted for any balance consisting of real-money funds (i.e., deposited funds and verified winnings, not uncleared bonus funds). Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, bt877 will require identity verification. You will need to submit:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport.
• Confirmation of your registered mobile number or email address.
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet showing the registered number).

Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the withdrawal page. JazzCash and Easypaisa payouts are generally among the fastest. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

bt877 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification checks. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a review and provided with an estimated timeframe.

Withdrawals that cannot be completed due to incorrect payment details provided by the player are the responsibility of the player. bt877 is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number or wallet that was provided in error.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bt877 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and sports betting boosts. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds conditions, time limits and any maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.

The following general rules apply to all bt877 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first during gameplay unless bt877's platform logic specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The bt877 sports section covers cricket, football, esports and other sports. Cricket markets include Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches and ICC tournaments. All bets are subject to the following general sports betting rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at bt877's discretion, including during intervals in play, delays or where market integrity concerns arise.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window or abandoned without a result, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are detailed within the sports section.
• For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions and a result is reached via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS), bets will generally settle on the official result unless individual market rules specify otherwise.
• bt877 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a palpable error in the odds offered, or where market manipulation or match-fixing is suspected.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the sports betting interface and may vary by sport and market.

Accumulator and parlay bets are available on selected markets. If one selection within an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included. The odds for the remaining selections remain unchanged.

Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with bt877 support within 30 days of the event settling. After this period, settled bets are considered final.

8 Casino and Slots

bt877's live casino and slots sections are powered by established game providers. All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot machines, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from physical studios. bt877 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytable information for each game are available within the individual game interface. Players are encouraged to review these before wagering.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session – such as a disconnection, game freeze or server interruption – the outcome of any interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's own recovery procedures. bt877 will apply the result generated by the provider's system. Where a round cannot be completed and no result is available, the wager for that specific round will be returned to the player's balance.

Live casino games are streamed in real time. Stream quality may vary depending on your internet connection. bt877 is not responsible for interruptions caused by the player's own network or device conditions.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt877 account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

bt877 staff will never ask you for your account password via email, phone, chat or any other channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from bt877 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should:

• Change your password immediately via the account settings page.
• Contact bt877 support to flag the suspected unauthorised access.
• Review recent transaction history and report any transactions you did not make.

bt877 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the access was made possible by your own failure to keep credentials secure, by sharing credentials with a third party, or by your use of an unsecured device or network.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bt877 and will result in account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Using bt877 for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, coordinated betting, or any activity intended to manipulate sports betting outcomes or casino game outcomes.
• Allowing a minor (under 18) to access or use your bt877 account.
• Attempting to manipulate or abuse bonus and promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity or any other dishonest means.

bt877 employs monitoring systems to identify unusual betting patterns and account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bt877 reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice to the player, including freezing account funds pending investigation.

11 Account Closure

Players may request to close their bt877 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

bt877 also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account inactivity in accordance with bt877's dormancy policy.
• At bt877's reasonable discretion where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by bt877 for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Players will be notified of the reason for closure where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from interrupted or unavailable service due to technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses caused by the player's own actions, including those resulting from failure to secure account credentials.
• Decisions made by the player on the basis of information displayed on the platform where that information was subject to a technical error that has since been corrected.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of bt877's platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits bt877's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

bt877 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bt877 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the bt877 platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
